Helen is the General Manager, leading the growth and development of blind and low vision sport across Aotearoa.
Helen has had a career spanning active participation and management roles in sport; including work with the International Paralympic Committee, Paralympics New Zealand, and various National Sport Organisations.
Helen brings deep expertise and a strong network to her role.

Chelsea is a passionate advocate with extensive experience driving public awareness and community change.
She’s worked across health equity, social enterprise, and motivational initiatives in the UK and NZ.

KYLE MACFADYEN
ADMINISTRATOR
Kyle provides part-time admin support, drawing on extensive experience across the not-for-profit, education, and disability sectors.
He has a strong background in client-facing roles, values clear communication and streamlined processes that help deliver the best outcomes for service users.
Kyle is passionate about ensuring everyone can access the wellbeing benefits that sport offers.
